Bellydance Buffet
Saturday 19th October: Halloween Hafla
Charlotte Burton and Catherine Bartholomew entice you to feast on an evening of shivering shimmies and horrifying hipdrops with your bellydance ghoulfriends. This Halloween Bellydance Buffet is a monster mash-up of frightening fusion alongside our familiar bellydance favourites.
There are no workshops for this Bellydance Buffet to allow more time for moody make up and getting into the spirit for a terror-ific time!
8pm-Late: Halloween Hafla
A relaxed and sociable performance showcase with a Halloween theme. Come and show us what you’ve been working on or sit back and enjoy the show. Everyone is welcome but please note that the halloween theme might not be suitable for more sensitive children.
Please do not bring your own drinks, there is a reasonably priced bar at the venue for your convenience.
We will be supplying a small selection of Turkish Meze food provided by Galata restaurant in Rainham. Those travelling to the venue might like to pop in to their restaurant 200 yards away for a light meal before the show.
There are performance slots available for groups and soloists who are welcome to put something related to the theme together or just share anything they have been working on. We love to see a variety!

Bellydance Buffet is a regular event in Medway to celebrate the local bellydance community and bring people together. It’s mission is to provide a welcoming and friendly space for people to socialise, share their passion for dance and have some fun! Every buffet is a bit different, using a variety of venues and having fresh themes and concepts to look forward to.
